CORAPOLIS, July 17 – State Rep. Anita Kulik, D-Allegheny, announced today that $7 million in state grant funding was awarded to expand paving, pallet and packaging, and gift card manufacturing operations in the 45th Legislative District.
"This funding is a direct investment in our local economy and the people who keep it running," Kulik said. "From paving to packaging to manufacturing, these projects will create jobs and help our businesses grow right here at home."
The projects receiving funding are as follows:
The grants are funded through the state's Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program, which is administered by the state Office of the Budget for the design, acquisition and construction of regional economic, cultural, civic, recreational and historical improvement projects.
