Daley to host holiday open house

CONSHOHOCKEN, Dec. 22 – State Rep. Mary Jo Daley, D-Montgomery, will host a holiday open house from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 29 at her district office, 815 Fayette St., Suite 200, Conshohocken.

Constituents will have the opportunity to meet with Daley and her staff in an informal setting to learn how they can be of assistance on any state-related issues. With the Dec. 31 deadline approaching for the Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program, Daley’s staff will help residents of her district complete applications for submission to the Department of Revenue. Staff will also help residents navigate through the state Treasury Unclaimed Property Database to find money that may be due them.

"I am looking forward to spending time with constituents in a relaxing environment," Daley said. "We would like to help them put money back in their pockets, either by finding unclaimed property in the PA Treasury or by receiving a Property Tax/Rent Rebate."

Residents who think they are eligible for the Property Tax/Rent Rebate should call Daley’s office at 610-832-1679 to learn which documents they should bring with them to the open house.

Daley also noted that light refreshments will be served.
