McClinton to host free Energy Forum Jan. 11
PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 9 – State Rep. Joanna McClinton, D-Phila./Delaware, will host an Energy Forum to provide constituents with information on how they can save money heating and cooling their homes.
It will be held from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 11 at the 12th District Police Station, 6448 Woodland Ave.
McClinton said attendees can learn how the state and other groups can help save money during the winter heating season and all year round. Representatives from local utility companies will be on-hand to discuss their products.
“This free event is a great one-stop shop for constituents to get information and ask questions on the best options for them to save money,” McClinton said. “My staff will also be available to help low-income families apply for the state’s heating grant program, LIHEAP.”
The event is free and refreshments will be served.
More information can be obtained by calling McClinton's district office at (215) 748-6712.
