Town hall meeting on tap May 30 at Mt. Lebanon Library

MT. LEBANON, May 23 – State Rep. Dan Miller, D-Mt. Lebanon, is inviting 42nd Legislative District residents to his latest town hall meeting set for 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 30, at the Mt. Lebanon Library, 16 Castle Shannon Blvd, Pittsburgh.

“I believe citizen involvement is crucial for effective representation, and I urge all residents to join us if they can for a lively town hall discussion,” Miller said. “We’ll focus on giving an update on my legislative efforts, the state budget and other state-related topics that are on people’s minds.”

In particular, Miller said that he is looking forward to the question-and-answer segment as a great way to talk directly with constituents and to know what is important to them. Staff will also be available to address state program or service issues.

“Now more than ever I think people want to hear directly from their representatives,” Miller said.
