Federal Funding Freeze Impact

Do you rely on Meals on Wheels, SNAP, HUD Programs, or even Head Start? The Federal Funding Freeze that took effect on January 28^th at 5pm may affect you.

While the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) latest memo has rescinded the freeze, effective January 29^th, I anticipate other changes could follow. My staff is actively gathering information on how these freezes could affect our community so we can effectively advocate to our federal Representative and Senators as this situation evolves.
