Pa. state Rep. Eddie Day Pashinski joined members of the Animal Protection Caucus for a tour of the Humane Society of Harrisburg Area and to promote his legislation to increase dog license fees. Pashinski says a modest increase of a penny a day would provide for more dog wardens and increased animal protections across Pennsylvania.
