As part of Black Maternal Health Week at the Pennsylvania Capitol, the House Majority Policy Committee convened a joint hearing with members of the PA Black Maternal Health Caucus to discuss hospital accountability and highlight legislation to improve health outcomes for Black mothers and babies.
