WEST MIFFLIN, Aug. 7 – Building partnerships between community leaders, law enforcement and residents remains one of the best ways to decrease violence and improve public safety, according to testimony at a House Majority Policy Committee hearing Monday at Kennywood. Lawmakers heard from law enforcement and a company focused on ensuring public safety through technology.
