On Wednesday, March 5, the House Majority Policy Committee and Philadelphia House Delegation will convene a joint hearing with the Council of the City of Philadelphia to discuss how to keep Pennsylvania’s economy moving forward despite rising prices and a slowing economy. Members will hear from a myriad of community and business leaders on the importance of bolstering public transportation and the lasting impacts it can have on the community and economy. The hearing will take place at 2 p.m. at the IBEW Local 98 Training Facility, 1101 Kitty Hawk Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19112.
