Rep. Nikki Rivera December 17, 2024
Hello, Northern Lancaster City, Manheim Township, and East Petersburg Borough!
As your Representative-Elect of our area known as House District 96, I'm sending you a big "HELLO!” Since my first day on the job on Monday, December 2, the staff here in the district office (1560 Lititz Pike, Lancaster) have graciously and expertly helped me get acclimated to my new role. Of course, I am LOVING all the learning, and I'm eager to dive into the task of representing all our neighbors in this region. Check out photos of some of the places I have visited during my first month in office.
In the District
Last week, I met with several community groups pictured below to discuss how I could support them through my work at the Capitol and how my district and Capitol offices can in turn offer assistance to them through RACP and other state funding streams.

North Museum of Nature and Science – (photo left to right, Rep-Elect Rivera and Director of Development and Strategic Partnerships Scott Downs).
I also met with the Hempfield School District superintendent at the East Petersburg Elementary School to learn about the district’s educational needs, which I will aim to provide for through legislative action (East Petersburg Elementary School- photo left to right, Superintendent Bromirski, Rep-Elect Rivera, Principal Rauscher).

Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program Deadline: Closes Dec. 31

If you need help filling out the application, please call my office to set up an appointment at my office. When you call, my staff will provide you with a list of documents required to apply.
The deadline to apply for your Property Tax/Rent Rebate is Dec. 31, but don’t wait till the last minute to file!
