Auto theft is one of the largest property-related crimes committed in Berks County. That is why I’m hosting a free vehicle etching event to help protect your vehicle.
The Pennsylvania Auto Theft Prevention Authority will provide free VIN etching to help deter thieves from stealing your car! Stop by my office located at 4922 Kutztown Road in Temple from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 25, 2015 to take advantage of this free service.
The process takes just 10 minutes!
The Auto Theft Task force works closely with the Pennsylvania Auto Theft Prevention Authority, which was established by the Pennsylvania General Assembly in 1994, to prevent, combat and reduce automobile theft. No tax dollars are used for their efforts. It is funded through annual assessments paid by auto insurance companies doing business in Pennsylvania.
