Sappey to host two Senior Expos

KENNETT SQUARE, Sept. 25 – State Rep. Christina Sappey has announced she will host a pair of senior expos available to all constituents in the 158th Legislative District.

  • The Northern 158th Senior Expo will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12 at West Chester East High School, 450 Ellis Lane in West Chester.
  • The Southern 158th Senior Expo will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26 at Kennett Middle School, 195 Sunny Dell Road, Landenberg.  

“Pennsylvania has numerous programs and benefits available to seniors, as do our community partners,” said Sappey, D-Chester. “This is a big district, so I’ve organized these two senior expos to provide convenient events, closer to home, where our residents can get information on health and wellness, senior living, recreational opportunities, education, and community events.”

All seniors in the 158th and their families are welcome to attend these free events. Both events will feature live music, light refreshments and door prizes will be awarded.

Flu shots will be available for individuals who can provide an ID and insurance card. Health screenings, including blood pressure readings and hearing tests, will also be available.
