I was proud to help secure funding to renovate Whitehill Place in Waynesburg so it can house six single-occupancy apartments for individuals left temporarily homeless.
I joined the ribbon-cutting in March to celebrate the opening of Whitehill Place. The opening marked a great public-private partnership to convert the 203-year-old building at 189 E. High St. into apartments.
