Pa. state Rep. Jared Solomon works together with local non-profits and community organizations to bring a new vision to business corridors in NE Philadelphia. He worked with the community to secure a $20,000 state grant to provide lighting, small repairs, clean, and dedicate a new plaque commemorating the sacrifice of local soldiers and military personnel who served in WWI with the Burholme WWI Memorial, originally dedicated in 1929. Solomon is working to revitalize more of these business corridors and bring pride to the community.
