PA Sunshine Solar Program funding legislation

I have introduced legislation, H.B. 200, to provide funding for the PA Sunshine Solar Program, which helps homeowners and small businesses install solar systems. My bill would provide $25 million per year to the program from an impact fee on Marcellus Shale drilling, which was enacted in 2012. The Sunshine Solar Program was created by the legislature in 2008 and received the final $7.25 million of its initial $100 million appropriation early in 2013. The Corbett administration has announced it will stop taking applications at the end of 2013.
