Webster to host SEPTA Key Senior ID Card event

HARRISBURG, March 29 – State Rep. Joe Webster will hold an event on April 13 to help local seniors obtain their SEPTA Key Senior Cards.

Webster’s office will host the event from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the IBEW at 3900 Ridge Pike, Collegeville, PA 19426.

“Seniors can now ride any SEPTA line in Pennsylvania for free, as long as they have gotten their Senior Key Card,” said Webster, D-Montgomery. “I want to make the process as easy as possible for local seniors.”

Residents who are 65 or older are invited to stop by Webster’s event to obtain help applying for their SEPTA Key Senior Cards. Seniors should bring their state ID or driver’s license. Webster’s staff will take their photos for their Key Cards, and seniors will receive their cards in the mail in about four weeks.

Seniors who can’t make it to the event can stop by one of Webster’s offices during regular office hours for assistance.

His West Norriton office at 2121 W. Main St. is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., and his Collegeville office at 488 E. Main St. is open Monday through Friday from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
