Wheatley appointed to Pittsburgh Mercy Board of Directors
PITTSBURGH, July 7 – State Rep. Jake Wheatley has been appointed as a board member of Pittsburgh Mercy, a community-based health and wellness provider.
Wheatley, D-Allegheny, said Pittsburgh Mercy is a certified community behavioral health clinic that provides services for adults, children, adolescent and seniors with physical and behavioral health challenges, including those experiencing addiction and homelessness.
“I am humbled and honored to serve as a board member of Pittsburgh Mercy, which has been such a huge part of our community for over five decades,” Wheatley said. “They provide compassionate care to thousands of Pittsburgh residents each year and I look forward to working with Pittsburgh Mercy’s leadership in continuing to support their goals and mission in providing care to those in need.”
