The growing problem of illegal ATVs and dirt bikes on city streets prompted Pa. state Rep. Daisha Parker to bring the House Majority Policy Committee to Philly to see the problem firsthand. Parker says she will continue her efforts, working with legislators and law enforcement, until this dangerous situation is controlled.
