Dear Neighbor,

Happy 2025! It has been an honor to serve as your state representative, and I am thankful for the trust and support you’ve shown me for this new term in 2025-26.

This new year will bring a lot of change but also a fresh start and a renewed commitment to building a brighter future for all of our communities in Pennsylvania. For my part, I am incredibly grateful to serve as state representative for a second term and remain committed to working with my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to advance policies that build healthy communities and promote economic opportunity for all in Chester County and Pennsylvania.

Together we will continue to find ways to strengthen our public schools, support our farms and farmers, and attract businesses that provide good, family-sustaining jobs.

This term, to help attain those goals, I’m pleased to report that Speaker Joanna McClinton and Majority Leader Matt Bradford appointed me to the House Agriculture & Rural Affairs; Appropriations; Education; Energy; and Gaming Oversight committees. These committee positions allow me to effect public policy that matters to all Pennsylvanians. The early work we do in committee plays a crucial role in the legislative process by providing an environment for reviewing, analyzing and refining proposed bills.

With your input and guidance last session, I advanced bipartisan legislation to allow employer contributions to PA 529 College and Career Savings Program accounts, accelerated reform to the state’s net operating loss tax deduction to strengthen Pennsylvania’s economic competitiveness, and passed in the House my proposal to safeguard and improve how Pennsylvania uses food processing residue to fertilize farm fields.

And finally, I’m also proud to have brought $5.6 million in state funding back to the district for safe schools, roads, conservation projects and more last session. This term, I look forward to helping fund even more local projects and initiatives. Please contact my office if you need help applying for any state grant or program to benefit your organization, community group or business.

Again, it’s an honor to continue fighting for what we value in the 26th Legislative District!

Sincerely,
