READING, Nov. 14 – State Rep. Manny Guzman, D-Berks, today announced that he will host a Thanksgiving Resource Fair aimed at connecting families with state and local resources.
The Thanksgiving Resource Fair will take place Friday, Nov. 17 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 206 S. 9th St.
Guzman said his goal is to provide constituents with information on state government-related programs, but also offer residents the opportunity to come together and experience a genuine sense of community.
“I am continuously working to ensure that every single family in Reading take advantage of the services available to them in Reading. Another reason to come to the fair is that we’ll also have free turkeys available! This will be a great community celebration not to miss,” Guzman said.
