Those include improving existing basketball courts with new asphalt and acrylic sports surface, concrete repair and nonslip coating for the spray park, pavilion sprucing up and new picnic tables, in addition to replacing the chain link fencing with a picket fence.

  • Southern Allegheny Valley Emergency Services will use its $275,000 to purchase a new rescue vehicle.

  • Allegheny Valley North Council of Governments received $200,975 to replace a sanitary pump station in Harrison Township, and $51,169 to replace the waterline on Tripak Boulevard in Tarentum.
