Montco reps, Norristown NAACP to host Jan. 5 virtual Pennie information session

NORRISTOWN, Dec. 30 – Four state representatives from Montgomery County will join with the NAACP of Greater Norristown and senior staff from Pennie, Pennsylvania’s health insurance marketplace, to present a virtual educational event on obtaining health insurance coverage, particularly for underserved and overlooked communities. The event will take place at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5.
The Pennie Virtual Information Session will be introduced by Montco-based state Reps. Matt Bradford, Tim Briggs, Mary Jo Daley and Joe Webster.
Guest speakers from both Pennie, including Executive Director Zachary Sherman and Outreach Manager Scott Yeager, and the local NAACP will then lead the discussion, which will focus on the best ways of connecting members of the community to health insurance plans that best fit individuals and families.
