PHILADELPHIA, June 15 – State Rep. Morgan Cephas, D-Philadelphia, today announced $500,000 in Pennsylvania Housing Affordability and Rehabilitation Enhancement grant funding for three housing and community development programs in her district.
“I am so proud to see half a million dollars awarded to these three incredible organizations,” said Cephas. “Through PHARE funding, these organizations will be able to expand on their work to ensure stable housing for the people of Philadelphia. I want to thank the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency for providing this assistance to keep families in their homes, create generational wealth, support reentry efforts and more.”
