The Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus and community partners will host a virtual discussion, Thursday, July 28th, 2022 at 12:30pm to explain the recent passage of the Pennsylvania 2022-2023 budget. Legislative leaders will breakdown the budget, highlight where the money will be allocated, and describe how the budget may impact Black communities across Pennsylvania.
