Rep. Jason Dawkins watches as Gov. Tom Wolf signs two Law Enforcement Reform Bills after both passed unanimously in the House and Senate.
The Officer Gary Frank Skerski Memorial Bridge was dedicated on May. 8, 2018 with Officer Skerski’s family, a great number of police officers, representatives of the Fraternal Order of Police and city and state officials in attendance. Rep. Dawkins sponsored the law that renamed the bridge on Castor Avenue over Frankford Creek for Skerski, who was shot and killed in May 2006 while responding to a reported armed robbery at a café near Arrott and Adams avenues in the Frankford section of the city.
Rep. Jason Dawkins welcomes friends and neighbors to the 2015 Frankford Community Day.
