Rep Elect Gallagher

Pat Gallagher is a northeast Philadelphia native who served as state Rep. Mike Driscoll’s chief of staff for the last eight years. He wants to make Harrisburg work for all Pennsylvanians, bringing almost a decade of public service and accomplished small business experience to the state House.  

A 1992 graduate of Cardinal Dougherty High School, he earned a B.A. in political science from Temple University. 

Gallagher is a past member of Ancient Order of Hibernians #39 and Northeast Victim Services. 

He will fight for higher wages and safe working conditions, work to make health care more affordable and accessible, and hold public safety as a top priority. 

A supporter of organized labor, he agrees with the basic tenets of livable wages, safe working conditions, dignified retirement, equal pay for equal work and quality medical benefits.
