New Senior Key ID Applications and Replacement Cards

New Senior Key ID Applications:

SEPTA continues to work through ongoing challenges related to a serious malware attack that has disabled a number of Information Technology systems, including the web portal that legislative offices use to sign seniors up for the SEPTA Key Senior ID Card.  We know how important this program is to your constituents and greatly appreciate your patience as we work to harden our IT infrastructure and restore functionality.

In-person applications for new Key Senior and Reduced Fare Cards continue to be taken each weekday at SEPTA headquarters.  To maintain proper social distancing, appointments must be scheduled in advance (walk-ins will not be accepted).
