Information on SEPTA Key Card Appointments

My office will begin processing SEPTA Key Cards starting in May, and we are glad to provide this service once again!

My office will be hosting weekly outdoor SEPTA Senior Key Card events each Tuesday (weather permitting) from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. We have been contacting the dozens of patient constituents who have been added to our wait list to start scheduling their appointments, but if you have not been added to the list and wish to be, you may call my office between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday. If you call after hours, be sure to leave a message stating your interest in obtaining your SEPTA Pass and include your name and phone number in the message.  There will be five, half hour appointment slots in the morning as well as five, half hour appointment slots in the afternoon for a total of 10 appointments per Tuesday. If the weather is inclement, we will push Tuesday appointments to Thursday of the same week.  Do not forget to bring a valid driver’s license or photo ID with you.

These events will be held outside. You will be asked to briefly remove your mask to have your picture taken, but we ask that for the safety of both constituents and staff that you wear your mask at all other times during your appointment. We will be following all health safety guidelines as recommended by the Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Please note, we will not be accepting walk ins due to the pandemic. We may do so in the future, but at this time, we must do what is safest for everyone. We look forward to assisting you in getting your Senior SEPTA Pass!
