Renewing SEPTA Key Cards As a result of the coronavirus pandemic, SEPTA is providing a one (1) year extension for all Senior Key ID Cards that will expire in 2021. We are also providing a second one-year extension for cards that expired in calendar year 2020.
Letters will be sent monthly advising holders of expiring cards that their cards will be extended for one full year.
Replacement Cards In order to receive a replacement Key Card, you will need to write your name, address, telephone number, and Date of Birth on a note and mail in with a check or money order to:
SEPTA PO Box 824833 Philadelphia, Pa 19182-4833 The cost of a first-time replacement card is $5. If you have previously had a replacement card the second replacement is $25. If you are unsure of how many replacement cards you have already received, you can call 1-855-567-3782 to have them confirm.
If you do not currently have a Key Card and are interested in getting on our wait list to receive your Senior Pass, call our office at 610 277 3230 between 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday thru Friday to have a staffer help you with your booking. We look forward to assisting you!
