HARRISBURG, Sept. 28– State Rep. Leanne Krueger, D-Delaware, will host two virtual Pennsylvania Medicare Education and Decision Insight events in coordination with Delaware County MEDI counselors.
The first event, Medicare 101, will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4. This virtual event is for those approaching the age of 65 or who plan to enroll in Medicare soon.
The second event is at 1:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 17 and will address upcoming Medicare changes in 2023 for those already on Medicare and those signing up soon.
“Medicare Open Enrollment starts in October,” Krueger said. “I’m happy to host these events with the help of Delaware County MEDI counselors to help with the overwhelming process.”

Medicare Open Enrollment runs Oct. 15 through Dec. 7. During this time, people can enroll or switch plans.
