Krueger, Kearney to hold Pet Expo on April 22

FOLSOM, April 10– State Rep. Leanne Krueger and Sen. Tim Kearney, both D-Delaware, will host a Pet Expo from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 22, at American Legion Post 777, located at 137 Water St., Crum Lynne.

Residents and their pets are invited to come out for giveaways, pet treats and to interact with local vendors. The Providence Animal Center will be onsite to provide a Low-Cost Vaccine & Microchip Clinic. Pre-registration for the clinic is required and can be completed on the animal center’s website.

“This pet expo is a chance to introduce our residents to the local businesses and organizations that offer wonderful services to our furry friends and neighbors,” Krueger said. “I am happy to partner with Senator Kearney to hold a fun-filled day for our community and their four-legged companions.”

All animals must be contained, cats must be in carriers; dogs must be leashed.

“I’m thrilled to be hosting the Pet Expo with Rep. Leanne Krueger once again,” said Senator Kearney. “This event is a fantastic opportunity for animal lovers and the community as a whole to come together and celebrate our furry friends. With a variety of vendors and pet-specific information available, guests are sure to leave with new insight and helpful resources that will aid them in caring for their pets.”

Krueger and her office staff will be there to provide state-related information and answer questions.

Any questions can be directed to Krueger’s office at 610-534-6880 or Kearney’s office at 610-544-6120.
