Madden: More than $1.5M in grants for community projects coming to Monroe County, 115th Legislative District

State Rep. Maureen Madden, D-Monroe, today announced the allocation of $1,504,946 in Local Share Account grant funding to support infrastructure, public-safety, economic-development and community-revitalization projects throughout Monroe County and the 115th Legislative District.

“These awards are a reflection of our ongoing commitment to ensuring gaming revenues are reinvested directly into the communities that make our region strong,” Madden said. “By directing these funds toward infrastructure improvements, public services and revitalization projects throughout Monroe County and the 115th Legislative District, we are creating opportunities for growth and enhancing the quality of life for residents. These investments not only support our local economy today but also help build a stronger, more connected community for the future.”

Madden said the grants will fund a variety of projects designed to improve municipal services, strengthen public safety and support long-term community development across the region.
