Children's Bike Safety Event

State Rep. Joe McAndrew, in cooperation with Jamar Place of Peace 501C3 and the United Way, is sponsoring a free Children’s Bike Safety Event on Saturday, July 11, from 10 AM to Noon in the staff parking lot at Penn Hills Elementary School, 1079 Jefferson Road.

There will be bike safety handouts, family fun, and refreshments.

Jamar Place of Peace will also be holding a free drawing for 45 boys’ and girls’ bikes for children ages 7-9. The drawing will begin promptly at 11:15 AM.

REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY.

Registration forms must be received by 4 PM on Tuesday, July 7.

WINNERS MUST BE PRESENT and prepared to take the bicycle home with them.

A PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST REMAIN WITH THE CHILD THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE EVENT.
