A Brighter Future for PA Neighborhoods
Exciting news! My bill, H.B. 273, has successfully cleared the Pennsylvania House Committee on Housing and Community Development. This legislation is a pivotal step toward addressing blight and revitalizing neighborhoods across our commonwealth.
The creation of a county property maintenance code, a Municipal Codes Enforcement Grant Program, and a municipal neighborhood mitigation fund, would equip our communities with the tools they need to thrive.
Together, we can build safer, more vibrant neighborhoods for everyone. Let’s keep the momentum going as this bill heads to the full House for consideration!

Visiting Hurry Hill Maple Farm & Museum

This past weekend was a blast at Hurry Hill Maple Farm and Museum in Edinboro as we kicked off the tapping of the maple trees! From fun-filled activities to indulging in the most delicious maple treats, every moment was a sweet adventure.
We also discovered a fascinating local connection—did you know the book Miracles on Maple Hill was inspired by the Edinboro region, with characters based on local residents? What an incredible way to celebrate our community and its rich history!

Pothole Repairs Underway in Northwest PA
PennDOT Crews are diligently repairing potholes across more than 3,600 miles of state-owned roads in Crawford, Erie, Forest, Mercer, Venango, and Warren counties. The harsh winter weather left numerous potholes behind, but teams are out daily from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM working to address them.
Drivers are urged to stay alert in work zones, reduce their speed, and avoid distractions to ensure everyone's safety. While repairs depend on weather conditions, our dedicated teams won’t rest until the job is complete.
