We’re pleased to share that $2.65 million from the Commonwealth Financing Authority will fund four important infrastructure and utility projects across Erie County. These investments will improve waterfront access, strengthen local roadways, and ensure reliable water and sewer service for our communities.

Projects like these create local jobs, protect public health, and make our neighborhoods safer and more connected.

What a powerful evening at the Martin Luther King Awards Dinner! Renowned civil rights attorney Ben Crump delivered a phenomenal speech, reminding us both of the work that still lies ahead and the progress we can achieve when we stand together.

A friendly reminder: America250PA is awarding $250,000 in Semiquincentennial Scholarships to support Pennsylvania high school seniors planning to continue their education in-state for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Who can apply: Pennsylvania high school seniors planning to attend an accredited Pennsylvania college or university in 2026–27.

What’s awarded: 25 scholarships of $10,000 each, distributed across America250PA’s six regions.

Where they can be used: Any Pennsylvania college or university; up to 12 awards for community college students and up to 13 awards for students attending four-year institutions.

When: Scholarships will be awarded in 2026 for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Application deadline: Jan. 31, 2026.

The PA House of Representatives Scholarship Program is now open and accepting applications!  This opportunity is available to graduating high school seniors planning to attend a four-year college in Pennsylvania. Each year, two four-year scholarships are awarded through The Foundation for Enhancing Communities.

The Pennsylvania House Fellowship Program is accepting applications for the Summer 2026 semester (June–August)! This program is based in the PA Capitol Building in Harrisburg, and fellows will be assigned to work in House standing committees or House leadership offices.
