Sappey to Host Economic Recovery Forum Sept. 23

KENNETT SQUARE, Sept. 14 – State Rep. Christina Sappey will host a virtual Economic Recovery Forum at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 23.

At the forum, Sappey and panelists will discuss post-pandemic economic challenges and opportunities facing employers, employees, businesses and consumers in Chester County.

The panelists are:

  • Gary Smith, president & CEO, Chester County Economic Development Council.
  • Cheryl Kuhn, president & CEO, Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce.
  • Matt Colyar, associate economist, Moody’s Analytics.

“I’m hosting this Economic Recovery Forum to provide the hard-working residents of Chester County a chance to both discuss the tough economic challenges imposed by the pandemic and learn about opportunities and resources that could help improve their financial situation,” Sappey said. “The forum’s goal is for attendees to leave with strategies and tools that will help them recover and thrive economically.”
