Community leaders highlight the need to build more affordable housing in in Allegheny County and across Pennsylvania but point to blighted homes and deserted buildings as a major barrier during a House Majority Policy Committee hearing, hosted by Rep. Abigail Salisbury, at the Rankin Croatian Home.
