Rescheduled for Your Safety

Due to the threat of difficult winter weather, I’m rescheduling my Senior Fair and Valentine Luncheon to next week – Tuesday, Feb. 18. Same time and location – just a safer day for your travelling.

Come celebrate Valentine's Day a little late with us at Unico Village Senior Apts. in Southwest Philly beginning at 1 p.m. We'll have a free lunch for you, we'll play bingo and connect you with state & local resources and information. I hope to see you there!

Offices Closed on Friday & Monday

This Friday, Feb. 14, my offices will be closed for the day. Please be safe and enjoy this exciting day in our city! We’ll also be closed on Monday, Feb. 17 for President’s Day. Kindly leave us a voicemail or send an email if you have urgent needs and we’ll respond to you as soon as we’re able to do so.

We’ll reopen on Tuesday, Feb. 18 to serve you!

SEPTA service will be affected by the parade on Friday, so please plan ahead and be patient if you are commuting, going to an appointment, or travelling to the parade. Eastwick station on the Regional Rail Airport Line will have limited service, and while rides on the Broad Street Line and Market-Frankford El will be free for the day, expect large crowds and limited stations. Snyder and Oregon stations will be on open, but all other Broad Street Line stations up to Walnut-Locust will be closed.
