Hello Neighbors, Community Members and Friends,
|
|
We’ve reached the end of January, and many of us are feeling the weight of the past several weeks in 2026. As a representative of a district that is home to many cultural communities, I’ve been both saddened and angered by what we’ve seen unfold in Minnesota. Like many of you, I’ve been reflecting on how best to serve our diverse communities—and how our legislature can work to establish firmer boundaries around immigration enforcement in Pennsylvania.
Below is information to help you understand your rights, along with resources available if you or someone you know needs assistance with immigration matters. I’ve also included details about bills House members have introduced to address concerns surrounding ICE in the Commonwealth.

As always, my team and I are here to help in any way we can. If we’re unable to assist you directly, we will connect you with a reputable organization that can. Please feel free to call us at (610) 259-7016 or stop by during our regular business hours.
In solidarity and service,
Gina H. Curry
State Representative
