Pa. state Rep. Roni Green joined state Senator Vincent Hughes to present a check for $89,860 to the East Falls Development Corporation. The funds are earmarked for lighting improvements along Ridge Avenue in the East Falls area of Philadelphia. Green says this is the first phase in a larger plan to improve the area.
