Ballot Return Available Daily 8 AM to 8 PM until Election Day

PITTSBURGH – The Elections Division today reminded voters that ballot return is available until Election Day in the lobby of the County Office Building from 8 AM to 8 PM daily. On Election Day – November 3, 2020 – the lobby will open at 7 AM for ballot return. Voters who have made errors on or misplaced their security or declaration envelope may get replacements at the window.

If a voter has made an error on their ballot, or has not received one previously applied for, the Elections Office can reissue the ballot at the counter. Remaining office hours are as follows:

Voters are reminded of the following:

  • State law requires that voters return their own ballot; they may not return the ballots of others
  • Masks or face coverings are required in the offices and physical distancing will be followed

On Election Day

All 1,323 polling places will be open on Election Days. Hours are from 7 AM to 8 PM and anyone in line at 8 PM will be allowed to vote. Voters are asked to wear a face covering in compliance with the state order. Those who arrive without a face covering will be offered one.

To verify your polling place, visit https://www.pavoterservices.pa.gov/pages/pollingplaceinfo.aspx. The state’s site is set up to use your mailing address, NOT your municipality.

Voters have also been sent letters from Elections confirming their November 3 polling place.
