Rep. Steve Malagari January 31, 2025
Dear Neighbor,
This week, I am back in Harrisburg as the PA House of Representatives starts its 2025-26 session. While I look forward to a new, productive year with my colleagues, I am also inspired to look back with pride on what my team accomplished last year.
2024 saw more than $18 million dollars of grant funding returned to our legislative district.
These funds went to help our school districts make building improvements and increase student safety, upgrade our parks, give our seniors places to gather and support our local police and firefighters.
Four of the bills I introduced last year were signed into law by Gov. Josh Shapiro.
This legislation helped make life easier for renters, helped lessen two types of burdens for small businesses, and positively impacted our environment.
Finally, back in our District Office, my team handled almost 6,000 total cases.
Those cases included everything from helping with unemployment claims to expediting professional licenses to filing PTRR applications.
There are so many ways my team can help. Reach out at 267-768-3671 if you need assistance with any state services.

In addition, The North Penn community is mourning the loss of long-time Athletic Director Donald “Doc” Ryan, who touched the lives of generations of North Penn students.

2025 Fishing Season
