LANSDALE, Dec. 1 – Continuing his work to support veterans and their families, state Rep. Steve Malagari announced he still has open spots at his Salute to Veterans on Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day event. The event is open to veterans and will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 7 at Generations of Indian Valley, which is located at 259 N. Second St., Souderton.
Free takeout lunches will be provided to veterans at the event.
“I’m pleased to be co-hosting this event with House colleague Representative Joe Webster, who is a retired colonel in the United States Air Force and spent 20 years working at the Pentagon,” Malagari said. “We will have featured speakers, local and state veterans resources, the sheriff office’s color guard and a boxed meal for local veterans to take home. If you haven’t reserved a spot, please do so this week by contacting my office.”
