LANSDALE, Sept. 12 – State Rep. Steve Malagari invites Montco residents to attend a free health event on Saturday, Sept. 16. The event will include Hepatitis B screening and Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Peak Center (Lansdale YMCA) 606 E. Main St., in Lansdale, PA.
“I am proud to see the community come together again for such a great cause,” said Malagari, D-Montgomery. “I encourage everyone to make their health a priority and get vaccinated now before winter. This event is a great way to be proactive in the fight against viruses and diseases that threaten public health.”
Screenings will be provided by the Hep B Foundation and vaccines will be provided by Skippack Pharmacy. Sponsors also include 21 AKC Leaders and the Korean American Association of Greater Philadelphia.
State Sen. Maria Collett and her office staff will also attend to provide constituent services and SEPTA Senior Key Cards for people over 65.
