Dear Neighbor,
I hope you are staying healthy and safe throughout the pandemic. This is a challenging journey, and I understand the unease of not knowing what will come next. That’s why I am touching base with you to share some of what I’ve been doing to help our district overcome COVID-19.
I have been in constant communication with local and state public health, school and government officials coordinating resources, guidance, and support to help the 158th Legislative District stay afloat and survive this public health crisis.
Over the last two months, the state legislature has acted to address the pandemic and its impact on Pennsylvanians. We have worked on unemployment compensation, small business grants, protections for first responders, health care, frontline workers, agriculture, local government and much more.
Below are links on several topics that explain actions and votes that my colleagues and I have taken in response to COVID-19. Every vote I’ve cast takes into account Pennsylvania and Chester County Departments of Health COVID-19 data, input from our scientific, medical and business communities and you.
Friends, thank you for your diligence and your remarkable patience during this unprecedented time. I am here for you, so please do not hesitate to contact me. I will be glad to hear from you, but I very much look forward to the time we can gather together again. Until then, stay safe and be well.
