BUTLER COUNTY, Sept. 15 – Today, state Rep. Brandon Dukes announced that $1.3 million in funding from the Department of Community & Economic Development’s Local Share Account will go toward projects in Butler County.
A total of nine projects will benefit from the allotment, which is provided by the distribution of gaming revenues through the Commonwealth Financing Authority.
The LSA allotment will go toward the following:
“Quality infrastructure is the backbone of quality life in Butler County,” Dukes said. “It keeps us safe in times of crisis, empowers our first responders and supports a strong community. I’m proud to secure funding that helps our infrastructure keep up with our rapidly growing district.”
