The Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus honors Black History Month 2012 with a program celebrating Black women and their contributions to society. Featured were The Lincoln University Choir, poet MaDonna Awotwi and others.

Waters Opposes
"Voter ID" Bill

Pa. state Rep. Ronald G. Waters, chairman of the Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus, says he voted against an unnecessary bill requiring voters to have government-issued photo ID to exercise their right to vote.
