Southwest Fall Festival
Join us for our annual Fall Festival on Tuesday, October 31st!
Time: 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Location: 5736 Chester Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19143 Enter of the 58th Street side.
We want to ensure that our youngest constituents can safely enjoy their Halloween. Come in costume for an afternoon full of fun!
Property Tax/Rent Rebate deadline extended to Dec. 31st!
The Property Tax/Rent Rebate program benefits eligible neighbors 65 and older, widows and widowers 50 and older, and people with disabilities 18 and older. Applications can be filed online at mypath.pa.gov. Please note that online applications will be processed faster than paper applications. For more information on eligibility requirements, visit revenue.pa.gov.

On November 7, Philadelphia voters will decide who will be our next mayor, who will serve on Philadelphia City Council and picking judges for many of the state’s courts.
