Resources and Support for Fathers of Children with Autism

The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Center for Autism Research is holding an event at the Bancroft School in Mt. Laurel Township, New Jersey, to connect Autism Fathers and Advocates with experts and community organizations.

Scholarships Awarded via State Tax Credit Program

I am excited to announce scholarships have been awarded to families at Greater Hope Christian Academy through the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program. This state program, which I am proud to support, helps working families afford to send their students to the schools that best meet their educational needs. 

Public Computer Lab and Career Services

You can access computers and get help applying to jobs at the Maynes Family Digital Learning Lab at 3939 Warren Street. A number of employers are currently hiring, including Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Wegmans, so it’s a great time to polish your resume and check out their services.

Legislative Fellowship Program Accepting Applications

The Pennsylvania House of Representatives Legislative Fellowship Program is currently accepting applications for the Spring 2027 semester. The program is based in the Capitol building in Harrisburg and is open to college undergraduates, graduate students or law school students who are enrolled in a Pennsylvania college/university or PA residents who are enrolled in an out-of-state institution.
