FOLSOM, Aug. 8 – State Rep. Leanne Krueger, D-Delaware, will host an expungement clinic to help community members learn if criminal record expungement might be an option for them. The event, in partnership with Legal Aid of Southeastern PA and NAACP Media Area Branch, will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6 at the Brookhaven Municipal Center. Attorneys will provide information about criminal record expungement options and resources, and there will be an opportunity for participants to meet individually with an attorney. I’m pleased to be able to hold this event in-person once again this year and I’m grateful to Legal Aid of Southeastern PA and the NAACP Media Area Branch for their involvement.” Registration is required for the event.
